These appear as the main menu in the app (e.g. ΑΥΤΟΨΙΕΣ, ΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΕΣ, ΗΜΕΡΟΛΟΓΙΟ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΩΝ). Each one is a folder in the company Google Drive. Removing one here only hides it from the app; nothing is deleted in Drive.
Leave the link empty and a new folder with this name is created in the company Drive.
The app stores and reads all photos through this account. Employees never see it, and the folders don't appear in their own Google Drive.
Google may show “Google hasn't verified this app”. That is expected for your own private app: click Advanced → Go to … (unsafe), then tick the Google Drive box and Continue.
Redirect URI to register in Google Cloud:
Every sign-in, upload, download and deletion, with date, time, employee, folder, file, phone and IP address. Kept for 2 years.
