Privacy policy – Site Photos (Exelixisnet)

Site Photos is an internal app used by employees of Exelixisnet to photograph and document construction sites. Only people who receive an account from Exelixisnet can sign in.

What we collect

• Account details: the username and name the company created for you. Your password is stored only as a secure hash.
• Photos you upload: stored in the company's Google Drive, together with your name as the uploader and the upload time.
• Activity log: sign-ins, uploads, downloads and deletions, with time and IP address, to keep the records secure.

What we don't collect

Your location is used only on your phone to show you on the map; it is not sent to us. We don't sell or share data with third parties, and the app contains no advertising or tracking.

Storage and deletion

Data is stored on the company's server (https://photos.exelixisnet.eu) and in the company's Google Drive. Construction photos are company records. To have your account removed, contact info@exelixisnet.gr.
